Director - Product Management - Manufacturing Marketplace

For one of our clients, which is India's fastest growing Manufacturing Marketplace.

As the Director of Product for Financial Service, Controls and Reporting , you will own the pod org for 's internal ERP, which is core to operating the business and used by over 500 employees.

This will include integrating with ERPs, and 3rd party software, driving key components essential to help improve productivity and efficiency and building appropriate controls. You will own all aspects of 's strategy, approach, and product roadmap and also manage one or more product managers.

We have had significant growth in our company and we are looking for leaders to help us execute on long term bets to help us hyper scale our business

You Will Own :

- Strategy: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with stakeholders.

- Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap for part of and be responsible for success of your pod

- Metrics: You will define the metrics, goals and measure outcomes.

You Have The Following Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience

- 5+ years of proven success in Product Management.

- Hands-on experience with ERP, Financial Systems, Inventory etc.

- Experience working with technical and research teams.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time
