Description - As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible to building products that improve the conversation rates across all platforms. You will work very closely with the senior leadership team to define product strategy and roadmap

Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading Fintech organisations in the MSME lending space. They use Analytics and Big data scoring to evaluate customer's business. They are well funded and are growing at a fast pace.

Description :

- Strategic planning and management of the entire product

- Work closely with the engineering team on refining and running the product development process

- Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers

- Work closely with a number of key functional managers within the company including pre-sales, sales and marketing and develop a critical understanding the end-to-end business needs

- Stakeholder management across levels and cross-functions

Profile:

- 10+ years of experience with at 5+ years into Product Management

- Experience in building digital products ground up across web and mobile platform

- Should come from Product first organisations

- Outcome driven Product Management experience is a must

- B.Tech + MBA is preferred
