Chief Product Officer - Mobile & Web

For a leading eCommerce company based out of Bangalore, we are looking forward to hiring an "Product Lead - web & mobile".

Package : Best in the industry + Equity

The person will be responsible for :

- To lead product Management team, layout enhancement for the entire set of Internet and Mobile products.

- Should be hands on with wireframing, story boarding, prototyping, entire lifecycle of product.

- Should be able to create and manage a team of talented product managers across web and mobile sides of the business.

- Will report into Co Founder/ CEO

- Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web, mobile and web based application user interfaces.

- Creating and managing product portfolio for the business.

- Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.

- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.

Ideal Candidate :

- Passout from a leading tech/ B School like IIT's/ BITS Pilani/ IIM's/ ISB/ NIT's

- Mobile/payment gateways/ web/ internet/ eCommerce/ marketplace products experience preferred across eCommerce

- Aggressive, go-getter, hands on attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment
