Candidate Requirements :
1. Minimum education qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable institute.
2. Post Graduate Degree in Management will be an advantage.
3. Total Work Experience of 12-15 Years majority of which should be spent in a product management/development role. The stint in Engineering/software development background is a must.
4. Preferably, the above experience should be inclusive of 5+ years of work experience in a Marketing SaaS company.
5. Excellent analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills. The candidate should possess the ability to use information/data and various metrics to develop an informed and factual business case.
6. Understanding of AdTech / Martech landscape & operational understanding of Google Advertising platform.
7. Excellent written & oral communication skills. The position is a supervisory position and communication must be effective down the line in order to ensure the proper execution of the roles/functions in all junior positions.
8. Extremely passionate about marketing automation space.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. As Director of Product, the position will be responsible to plan & deliver on the product roadmap, product innovations & ultimately the performance of the product for clients marketing requirements.
2. Work closely with business analysts & delivery heads to get insights of campaign management converting them into feasible product features for improving client's performance.
3. As a supervisory role, the Director of Product is expected to recruit, lead and manage a team of Product Managers, Product Associates & UI / UX experts.
4. Work closely with the Engineering team to align them on the product vision, features & delivery of the product roadmap.
5. Develop training & marketing material for sales teams evangelizing the proprietary product & Google Ad Products.
6. Participating in client meetings as a Product Expert on a regular basis, take feedback and translate learnings into product enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators ( KPI's ) :
1) Booking to Delivered Advertising Expenditure Ratio.
2) Product performance :
a) Clients KPI achievement against standard industry benchmarks.
b) Client Retention Rate.
3) Client NPS / Feedback - Quarterly Feedback from Clients & Delivery Team on product performance.
4) Partner Level KPI Achievement on Google's API usage.
