And remember, we are an equal opportunities employer Recent Funding Information Series B - November 2018 - Naspers/ Olx What will you be doing? - Manage the entire Life Cycle of the existing products for our Employers - Develop a clear product strategy for the Product Portfolio, ensuring they are positioned correctly in terms of breadth and depth of functionality. - Identify new business opportunities within the market segment (range extension, new product/service offerings, new channels to market, third party alliances, etc.) and develop costed Business Proposals for these opportunities. - Growth hacking - Experimenting across alliances, acquisition programs, product variants &amp; data analytics for product and business growth - Develop product pricing strategy which is well researched, clear and communicated to customers and internal stakeholders. - Monitor product performance on a monthly basis taking corrective action (e.g. pricing review, promotional program, analysis of sales) where necessary. - Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver roadmap. Who we are looking for? - The ideal candidate should have 8-11years of experience, of which 6 years of experience in product management. - Price modelling experience is a good-to-have. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must - Preference would be given to Engineers &amp; MBA from Tier 1 institutions. - Deep understanding of how B2B and B2C marketplaces operate for mobile services. - Analytical thinking - analyze data, determine how to incorporate findings into projects. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles. - The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly-changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules.
