- 10+ years of experience working on building products or problem-solving in a consumer / gaming domain (core PM experience).

- Has the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.

- Data-oriented, have exceptional analytical skills, and believe that everything can be measured, since "what gets measured gets improved" eventually.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

- Exceptional at cross-functional stakeholder management.

- Consumer obsessed and have the drive to build products with an insight first approach.
