Director - Product Innovation - Nutraceutical Products/Food Technology

Director Product Innovation :

- Forecast new products, Explore external activities.

- Work cross-functionally with teams to explore business arrangements.

Responsibility for marketing administration and product management aspects from concept design to execution.

- Deliver country and team messaging through sales tools, training materials and field sales, and customer communications.

- Review Global product marketing programs, literature and reports and determine viability for Indian Markets

- Build relationships with key thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players.

- Work with Finance, Marketing Manager, Directors, and SBU heads to provide business analysis and Provide monthly assessment of product line performance in sales, margin,

- Approve a field notification on a product performance issue: understand key technical issues, clearly communicate in written form, anticipate customer/competitor response, and minimize the negative reaction.

Marketing Meetings :

- Organizes and facilitates national marketing meetings.

- Develops and presents product information and training to the sales force and key customers. Participates in product strategy development, participate in industry forums.

- Chooses reference centers to run clinical studies/trials.

- Follows up closely on projects in collaboration with others.

- Negotiates and prepares contracts for support/service to drive following, Product launches(5-year plan along with Ayurvedic range), Drive execution strategies.

- Conduct formal market research.
