Director - Product Initiatives/Brand Management - Healthcare (8-15 yrs)
Our client is a startup in Life Sciences, based in Bangalore. We have been assigned to hire a Director - Brand Management and New Product Initiatives.
We need a Tier 1 MBA, preferably from IIMs, with experience in Pharma-OTC products. The person must have exposure to product marketing and branding in the pharma/healthcare industry.
- Develop, recommend and lead the execution of marketing plans for assigned brands.
- Effective deployment of marketing budget
- Implement brand plans in both traditional and modern trade environment
- Identify trade opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands in close cooperation with the Sales function.
- Maintain and update competition dossiers with respect to spends/cost benchmarks etc.
- Advertising, Media and Promotion
Desired Profile:
- MBA - Tier 1 Institute
- 8-12 years of work experience
- Should be handling Pharma OTC Brand
- Currently on a salary of 75 lacs
