A fast-growing fintech company in the credit cards &amp; digital payments domain - based out of India and catering to the global market - is looking to onboard a Director of Product to shape product vision for a global payments &amp; finance platform. The suite combines payment instruments with SaaS solutions and developer-friendly open APIs, built to unlock $50B of modern credit for businesses.The startup is led by a second-time founder (who has previously bootstrapped a profitable company to $25M+ revenue), payments veterans, and Ivy League alums. Backed by marquee investors and clocking double digits MoM growth, the startup is in the process of closing a Series A round.The company has scalable and proprietary tech, deep banking integrations with the top global banks, and card network partnerships in place. This is the perfect time for an entrepreneurial-minded product leader to join the team and help scale the product to the next stage of growth. The role involves taking over the end-to-end product function and working closely with the Founders &amp; Senior Business team to build innovative solutions for B2B and B2B2C markets. You will lead current and future efforts that span the developer experience, card/ account issuance, UPI, customer, partner and bank onboarding, program management tools; as well as driving customer portals and dashboards across the application suite. You will work cross-functionally across Product Management,Engineering, Revenue, Operations, and Legal. Primary Responsibilities : - Consistent partnership with the Founders/CEO on the multi-year vision and strategy of the company, aligning on the outcomes we must achieve and enabling our teams to define and execute the output, tasks, features, and products that consistently deliver value to our customers. - Develop and execute on a strategic product vision for the complete issuance platform, from customer onboarding to developer experience. - Manage and grow a team of Product Managers and Designers - Accountable for shipping products that add value to our customers and open market opportunities - Establish, implement and monitor best practices and rigor in our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) that optimizes for impact on our business,velocity, and throughput - Partner with a dedicated engineering team to define technological design and scope including architecture, APIs, data models, migrations and integrations - Lead and facilitate cross-functional alignment, strong relationships, and a feeling of inclusiveness in the PDLC with other senior leaders from our Revenue,Operations and Engineering, and other supporting teams - Work directly with key accounts and stakeholders, gathering feedback,requirements and insights into future product development and integration - Deliver consistent, reliable, and impactful output from Product Managers under your leadership with candid but constructive feedback and growth opportunities that are measurable, elevating the bar of Product supporting the next stage of growth at the company. Requirements : - 7+ Years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years experience in senior leadership and management - Proven product management skills, applied within segments of the payments &amp; cards ecosystem is strongly preferred - B.Tech or Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred - Ability to take an established product and practice to the next level of scale and impact - Demonstrated leadership and people management skills - Experience managing high growth products and teams - Strong communication and presentation skills
