Job Description: Director Product
1.Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers.
2.Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization.
3.Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for our products
4.Work closely with the engineering team on refining and running the product development process
5.Build concept and evangelize vision with internal and external stakeholders
6.Rapidly prototype and execute with right balance between innovation and best practices
7.Build a world-class team of Product managers
8.Data driven decision making and Customer centric approach
9.Cross functional collaboration with Business, Design, Legal, Tech and Growth teams
10.Very strong ability to think and solve from first principles and fundamentals
