RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and coach each product development team to follow the principles of the methodologies and procedures, responsible for the successful delivery of each release following the roadmap of each product line. - Collaboration with diverse teams and leverage best practices - Build long lasting successful relationships with partners/directors, clients, stakeholders REQUIREMENTS - 18+ years- experience in IT industry, with at least, 5+ years- experience in software product development with roles as R&amp;D head or Product Manager. - Have experience in managing product development within a distributed team setup. - Strong technology background and be well versed with latest trends in technologies - Experience of managing a product portfolio or an R&amp;D site is a plus - Experience with full product release lifecycle, a practitioner of Agile in enterprise environment. SAFe is a plus - Have experience in building a product team which could quickly scale up based on demand. - Flexible to travel on business trips across the globe - Should have worked in multi geographies with diverse cultures - Should have good knowledge and understanding in at least 2 or 3 industries/sectors - Ability to represent SDC in client orals, proposals - Should have good understanding and experience in industry standards on Software Quality (CMMi), Information Security (ISO 27001 etc.)
