Location : Hyderabad (travel to Pune will be involved)  Job Description :   16+ years Product Control experience in Investment Banking or related industry. The individual should have experience working in the Product Control/Financial Control/ Trade Services functions of an established financial institution, with a detailed understanding of Credit and Capital Markets products and their accounting treatment.  - PnL compilation.  - PnL analysis and commentary  - Trade booking review and investigation  - Liaising with FO and MO on PnL booking matters  - Review daily reconciliations for material and aged breaks  - Review the Balance Sheet for the desks and understand financial exposures.  - Review all PnL adjustments and own their resolution.  - Ensure that risk is correctly reported and explain any deviations.  - Calculate Transfer Pricing, where applicable  - Assisting in preparation and dissemination of monthly balance sheet pack  - Detailed review of all P&L adjustments with controllers (aging and categorization), including ownership for resolution.  - Current state analysis and re-engineering of PnL processes onto strategic tools  - Be able to drive and co-ordinate strategic initiatives from PSC standpoint, including UAT.  - Be an instigator of processes changes with a view to creating efficiencies.  - Standardisation of PnL reporting processes. Ensuring proper accounting standards   Mandatory skills:  - Candidate must have 16+ years of Experience in Capital Markets/credit market with at least 6-8 years in PnL   - Candidate should have a keen interest in the Fixed Income product set with a good understanding of the products used and their pricing   - People management skills with ability to handle delivery in close time lines is must   - Will typically own a desk/LOB E2E
