(Experience and Background): We are looking for a star Product head, who is excited to take ownership of our product and help take it to the next level. Someone who has the ability to pay attention to details while keeping sight of the larger vision. Should be eager to work on a platform that has such a huge impact on the health and well-being of people around the world. What you will be doing here: - Laying out the strategic product roadmap - Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured requirements for developers - Technical coordination with the development team and helping them with R&D - Work with the UI/UX designer to develop the user experience and final designs - Release management, including testing each build personally to sign off the release - Using analytics tools to drive actionable insights - Research on other apps, tools, SAAS platforms, to integrate or use with our app - Keeping feelers on customers, competitors, and the market, to see where the product should be going. Competencies required for this role: - At least 2 years of Product Management experience on mobile apps - Understanding of major tools and integrations for mobile apps - Good analytics skills - Coding experience/technical knowledge is a plus - Good QA (testing) skills and attention to detail - Rock solid at communication with different teams - Good research skills to solve technical problems Compensation: Compensation will be competitive, commensurate with your experience.
