Our Client is one of the growing MNC bank in the region . They are looking for a Head of Procure to Pay and Vendor Management which is a new position come in due to internal restructuring . He / She will report to the India CEO and to the Global Head of Operations.

Brief responsibilities will include:

- Will be accountable for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of operational services covering the full Sourcing life cycle and the on-going management of supporting systems.

- Proven track record of overall management and direction of large teams across multiple jurisdictions / sub-functions, where the development of staff and continuous clarity on the remit of the function has been a core delivery.

- This will be in an operational and strategic capacity with an emphasis on driving further operational value and excellence for the P2P teams

- End to end responsibility of Purchase Order Payment, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, contracting and Vendor Management .

To qualify for this role you will require:

- Professional accountancy qualification - ACCA / ACA.

- Extensive experience working in the complex Indian sub-region, managing Procurement to payment processes and delivering an integrated approach across all service lines

- Strong decision maker and be constantly setting strategic direction with their own business area where driving continuous improvement and innovation will be core objectives.

- Be able to clearly demonstrate an ability to manage risk, controls and compliance as it pertains to operational and procurement to payment requirements
