Director - Process Excellence - Manufacturing

- Manufacturing Excellence, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction.

- Should have managed large consulting assignments in operations area leading to turnaround of the Client's profitability

- 12 years working experience in Consultancy and/or in Industry in the field of Operational Excellence / Lean / Continuous Improvement within Manufacturing excellence and Industry

- A proven track record of transformational experience to achieve positive results and changes in organizations

- A bachelor's degree preferably with emphasis in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, (Industrial) Engineering or similar with strong academic records

- Fluent in English - written and spoken

- Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members

- Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
