We are currently hiring for a MNC Bank Director: Priority Clients (Premium Banking - Strategy)
Job Purpose :
- Establish, drive and co-ordinate the portfolio strategy, execution and priorities to deliver sustainable growth across Priority Banking, ensuring that we fulfill our potential and realize the growth opportunity that the segment represents.
- Corroborate with Products in product design and promotion suiting Priority clients as per industry standards.
- Determine the optimal balance of branch and other channel usage, and in collaboration with the country team ensure plans are developed and implemented to drive new business sales and Assets Under Management (AUM), across all product groups.
Key Responsibilities & Job Dimensions :
- Define, adapt and execute portfolio strategy to deepen clients relationship.
- Collaborate with country/region Risk, GTO and Product Heads to develop and enhance optimal mix of products holdings and bundled solutions, customised to segmented customer portfolio within PIB, consistent with the global framework.
- Introduce and drive bundled solutions that deepen relationships and address client needs by improving levels of capability and productivity as well as process efficiency
- Deliver profitable income growth across Priority clients and be held accountable to achieve sustainable growth in this segment.
- Enhance the bench strength and capability of the team through developing and implementing an integrated people strategy. Work with business teams and business HR in determining key HR levers and standards on PC RM workforce focusing on hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, scorecard and rewards, engagement and leadership development & capacity planning.
- Manage the budget, ensuring it is met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.
Key Relationships :
- Top PC and other selected Clients
- All staff in Retail Banking (RB) (incl relevant product partners), particularly Risk and Integrated Distribution
- Legal & Compliance, FCR, OR, GTO, Client Services Group, Human Resources
Note : Candidates having relevant experience at leadership role in similar capacity from Top B-Scools would be preferred.
Key Measurable :
- Financials - Income momentum, revenue budgets
- Portfolio Growth - Revenue per client, Net growth in Qualified clients, WM penetration, growth in PPC, Household ratio.
Campaign Management- Launching and driving campaigns to achieve portfolio deepening.
- Client feedback - NPS, Voice of Customer surveys etc
- Agreed initiatives and deliverables at the country level
