Director - Primary Research - Healthcare Domain

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expansive Healthcare domain knowledge and a Strategy Consulting mindset.

Directors are a part of the Leadership team, and are expected to own client relationships, subject matter expertise and quality execution on multiple engagements.

Directors own account management and independently lead business development efforts with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

- End-to-end responsibility for delivery on key client accounts - front end role in scoping and delivery of key projects to clients

- Engagement Delivery

- Build analytical plans on accounts, and secure buy-in from client and internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with the sales leadership to develop new client accounts and new areas of business

Candidate Profile

- MBA / Post-Graduation from a reputed Management Institute

- 10+ years of experience in delivering Strategic Insights engagements in the Healthcare industry.

- Solid experience of leading project-based engagements and delivering findings to senior client stakeholders .

- Proficiency in leveraging more than one methodology for data collection is a must - Desk Research, Quantitative Primary Research and Qualitative Primary Research
