Director - Presentation Success - Healthcare

ROLE:

- We are seeking a high energy and innovative leader, reporting to the Managing Director, India. You will lead the services organization of 100+ design specialists, driving measurable value and our customers.

- The position is highly visible in the organization, involving frequent interaction with the C-suite of the company, as well as collaboration with other teams across data, customer success and services in India and US.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Understand the business stories clients want to tell in their presentations, and guide design teams to enhance those with effective layouts, especially quantitative charts.

- Ensure client presentations have no errors and design is completed with care.

- Overall accountability and end-to-end delivery management for presentation services to international clients, as defined by our SLA and quality standards.

- Capacity planning and resource assignment on a regular basis.

- Regular interaction with top management to share progress on key delivery metrics and implement continuous improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a strategy/management consultant

- Industry experience in healthcare and/or hi-tech highly preferred

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Excellent skills in story-lining, slide-making and communicating complex ideas clearly

- Highly comfortable with data and quantitative charts

- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Interest in visual design

- Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail
