We are Looking for Director - Lifescience Vertical for one of our IT/ITES Client.

Sales/operation: ITES Vertical

Role: Solution Design - APAC

Key Leadership Role for a reputed IT/ITES client in the Presales/Solution Design Area.

- Be the thought leaders, market facing. Active role in driving growth, and building capability.

- The incumbent would be responsible for improving and expanding the current Lifescience processes within the organisation.

- As an SME, pitch for new business.

- Participate/Drive improvement initiatives along with bridging process gaps.

- Industry benchmarking, Market Intelligence, driving best practice.

- Should have worked on the entire spectrum of Lifesciences.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels

- Excellent verbal and written skills and effective interpersonal skills.

- A good team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to manage smaller & larger teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
