Director - Prepaid Products - Payment Network Firm

Actively looking for "Director - Prepaid Products" for a leading payment network organization

Job Description and Responsibilities :

- The person will be responsible for demonstrating through leadership in the area of prepaid products, implement portfolio enhancement initiatives to accelerate client business growth.

- The role holder must work closely with CRM (client relationship management) & other functional groups such as merchant solutions, marketing, digital & innovation teams to lead successful efforts by the client in winning new business and delivering objectives both FI and non-FI clients and partners.

- Will be responsible for supporting product development, portfolio management, research, and marketing.

- Develop and execute on the product strategy for prepaid business covering India and South Asia and deliver on the requisite financials such as net revenue yield, cards, payments volume, x-border volume, and transactions.

- Commercialize the client's prepaid solution through product & distribution partnerships with FIs (banks, NBFCs, CatAD2 players, FFMCs), nonFIs, technology players.

- Deliver on product solutions encompassing core products & digital capabilities (NFC, P2P, tokenization, Visa APIs, e commerce solutions, QR payments, mobile/ web solutions)

- Define GTM strategy for new Visa products & capabilities including enhancement, localization, deployment & pricing

- Leverage opportunities to co-create product propositions, consulting & analytical solutions for clients

- Manage & lead representation for a favorable framework with internal & external stakeholders including government relations, regulators, trade bodies, industry forums
