Responsibilities

As a Director, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, drive the development of proposals to clients in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines like Digital solutions (Cloud, Mobile, Social and Emerging Technologies), Solution architecture and Integration across cloud and onprem solutions

- Building strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalize on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectors

- Identifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities

- Responsibility for a majority of the day to day client communications

- Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria

- Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team

- Responsibility for management of engagement financials

- Helping to grow and develop our team through hands-on training and coaching

- Lead and develop new solutions and train team member on developing skills for the new solutions

- Manage high performing teams across different client and internal projects to deliver quality solutions. Strategic & Technical Orientation / Job Content:

An ideal candidate will have:

- Good experience in cloud-based technologies

- Experience with integration solutions both on-prem and cloud

- Experience leveraging cloud platforms to develop complex solutions including leveraging emerging technologies to deliver solutions to client

- Experience with solution architecture and design of large complex custom applications

- Familiar with Agile and Scaled Agile approach to solution development and implementation for large clients across multiple workstreams

- Thought leader and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies and drive change within the team including training and coaching large teams to adapt the new and agile approaches to deliver client work.

- Exposure to technologies like RPA, IoT, AI, etc.

Requirements:

Education Level -Minimum bachelors degree from a technology background

Experience Level -More than 18 years
