Director/Practice Head - Gaming Vertical - Animation Firm (12-20 yrs)

One of our client, with 5000 employees and present in our 20 Countries is looking to hire a Director (Practic Head) for their Gaming vertical of business.

Role description

As a Practice Leader in - Gaming-, you will inititate and engage with Customers and open Business Opportunities in this topic.

Your role will start all the way from discovering client needs, defining problem statement to crafting solution design and presenting the solutions and proposals to customers . You may also require to support project teams with your knowledge and understanding of client and industry best practices.

In this role you will also have a business development. You will be responsible for strategising and executing go-to market for your focused topic along with Sales & Marketing units. You will also support the sales & marketing units in developing GTM strategy, executing campaigns and lead nurturing process.

Key competenciess

Experience as a Gaming Practioner. Must have several years- experience in online casino gaming industry and possess strong knowledge of game design, mathematical concepts, game and platform architecture and different gaming regulatory environments.

A strong network in Gaming Organizations and Partner Eco Systems including Suppliers, Operators, Platforms etc.

Main responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for capability building of games of various types including online and land-based Casino Games, Video Games, Gamification, Sports betting, Social games, Lottery, DFS, esports etc.

2. Consulting - Drive Consulting assignments and workshops

3. Support business development & marketing

1. Consulting

i) You will develop consultative and trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers

ii) During the initial stages of conversations with prospects & customers, you will be able to discover and identify issues and opportunities and develop compelling solutions with the business case and value proposition

iii) You will connect solution and service offerings to customer problems

iv) You will conduct consuling workshops together with the Global Gaming practice

v) You will establish new offerings in collaboration with sales and build POC's around the subject

vi) You will spearhead Research and Development of latest gaming technologies and frameworks

2. Support Business Development

i) You will Develop a compelling vision, market messaging, thought leadership and will spread the messaging via blogs, LinkedIn posts and other available mediums

ii) You will support Sales & marketing team in demand generation and marketing activities

iii) You will support Pre-sales for RFPs, bid defense and proposal presentations

iv) You will organize regular skill enhancement trainings for the entire team (200+) in gaming business unit

v) You will be creating documents, information/marketing material around Gaming practice
