Director - PMO - Consulting Firm (15-25 yrs)
- Managing Transitions (e.g, one option is to look at service providers who have PMs that have brought on clients from their HQ or transferred over from other 3rd party providers).
- This is only one element but, I'd like us to have more expertise in this area and, you can train the other PMs on our process and methodology, etc.
- In addition, strong PM skills - not just leading other PMs. They need to have interfaced with senior leaders (not necessarily all C-suite but should have the confidence, professionalism, communication skills, courage, to lead a mtg with VPs, SVPs, and C-Suite leaders.
- They will roll their sleeves up and manage one or more projects at a time - could be GCC Design and Setup and could be transitions, etc.
