- Responsible for the overall India Operations and India P&L.
- Liaising with head office and writing up monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
- Working with annual budgets and business operating plans.
- Overseeing Finance, HR, Administration, R&D, Sales and Support for India.
- Provide guidance to the various operational teams like HR, Finance, Research and Sales.
- Researching and Adapting local strategies.
- Active involvement in Business processes and Corporate Governance.
- Monitoring performance at all levels.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times
- Interact with multiple stakeholders at different geographic locations
