Happay is growing exponentially and is looking for an exceptional growth marketing candidate to join our Performance Marketing team in a leadership role.
It's a high-growth, high-responsibility role, and you would get a great experience of scaling campaigns across geographies, product verticals, customer segments and channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including B2B user acquisition.
- Work on defining the campaign strategy, bidding, budgeting, ad creation, optimization and reporting of the key metrics.
- Strong execution understanding of SEM, Display, Social media channels with experience in handling big accounts/budgets.
- Collaborate with brand, creative team to drive KPIs through systematic creative testing, focused on optimization and experimentation of newer approaches.
- Run ABM campaigns on high priority accounts
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in running paid campaigns for B2B companies.
- Hands-on expertise of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as Linkedin, Google, Facebook etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation principles, and marketing best practices regarding data capture, campaign analysis and deliverability.
- At Least 1 year of Experience of using ABM tools
- Prior experience of running lead-gen campaigns across review platforms would be a plus
