Client Description : Our client is an upcoming edtech startup working in the higher studies abroad segment and recently has secured series C Funding. They have recently been rated as the top 10 edtech startups to look for.

Job Description :

- Spearhead lead growth team across various channels in collaboration with other verticals.

- Design metrics driven approach to achieve planned growth targets

- Manage significant monthly spends for high ROI-paid marketing campaigns

- Working closely with Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue team

- Identify and design KPIs to focus on

SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :

- Should carry 8+ years of experience post postgraduate degree from a tier 1 MBA (IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI)

- Have relevant experience of 4 years in market growth

- Working with Google ads, Facebook ads, or anything relevant is a must

- Should have exposure of handling spends of >1-1.5 million USD/month

- Carrying a strong knowledge of tools used for growth hacking.
