Primary Responsibility:

- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and affiliate partners across business units

- Manage the user engagement campaigns to drive better retention for both app and web

- Drive marketing automations towards better results on all campaigns including user onboarding, retention, funnel drop-offs, churned users etc.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across Tech / Product / Category so that we can get maximum ROI from our campaigns

- Own / drive OKRs for Performance Marketing and managing team member KRAs and their growth path

- Innovate constantly and explore new tools and practices in performance marketing

- Constantly optimize campaigns and drive experiments

An ideal candidate should have:

- Hands on experience with most marketing channels

- Ability to communicate effectively with external & internal Stakeholders.

- Strong analytical bend with a fluency for data interpretation and insights

- High comfort in working with tech and product teams

- High energy and ability to handle significant pressure and work with tight timelines

- 7-10 years of experience with

- 4+ years in performance marketing specifically with high-growth startups (preferably in eCommerce)

- Leadership experience managing teams of 5-10 members at least

- BE / B.Tech preferred. An MBA would be an added advantage, but is not essential.

- Strong analytical and communication skills
