Your key responsibilities Manufacturing/Consumer Goods Vertical

Client service delivery/execution

- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization

- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations

Knowledge Management

- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views

- Contribute to knowledge development and management

Business development:

- Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships

- Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients

- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise

People Management

- Be a strong team player

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Assist in resolving people issues

- Support people development through guidance and feedback

- Take the lead in recruiting activities

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence

Skills and attributes for success

- Lead redefining/refining of vision & strategic business plan for manufacturing/Consumer Goods vertical

- Lead members of the team in the origination and the execution/implementation process

- Manage the origination process through the preparation of pitch documents, presentations, and engagement proposals etc.

Key skills - 


- Develop acquisition rationale, market and company projections, industry benchmarking, review of business plan, sensitivity analysis, financial impact of operations consolidation

- Leading and Mentoring a team to achieve business acquisition & service/solution delivery and play a key role in their learning and development

- As a member of this fast paced team, you will strive to continuously develop your expertise and generate innovative technology advisory services and technology solutions.

- Your blend of technical knowledge, domain understanding and intangible attributes will allow you to build meaningful stakeholder relationships, as well as ensuring excellent delivery standards. You will also possess the following experience and attributes:

To qualify for the role you must have - 

- Sound analytical, Excellent Presentation and report writing skills

- A results orientated and client centric approach to your work, with a keenness to understand your clients overall business operations

- B.Tech / MBA with years of relevant professional experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Ideally you- ll also have

- Willingness to travel

- Flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle

- Maturity and ability to handle pressure
