The Director of People Success &amp; TA ensures that the entire Peoples Success operation of the organization is carried out smoothly and effectively by hiring and retaining great talents globally. Apart from developing robust Talent Acquisitions and People Strategy, he/she owns creating a learning organization by living in the values and culture of the organization. Also responsible for the corporate and people plans on matters like compensation, health, engagements, career growth, etc; devising strategies for performance evaluation training, staff development; overseeing HR initiatives, supervising HR personnel works, dealing with violations and grievances. Requirements for this role include a thorough understanding of the Talent Acquisition Process, Onboarding Process, HR policies and procedures, HR management system, knowledge of reporting and data analysis, a good grasp over employment rules and regulations, outstanding communication, and high ethical standards. He/She will help drive Talview's culture of Collaboration, Commitment to excellence, Credence, and Customer-centricity (our 4Cs). This role will report to the COO. Roles &amp; responsibility: - Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. - Leading and leveraging People Success processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Employee Engagement, - Succession Planning and Talent Management). - Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy - Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring, Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. - Designing the organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per the business plan - Building employer branding, attracting great talent, and controlling attrition - Building a great culture and make the Organization a Great Place to Work. - Lead the leadership development interventions in line with future talent strategy - Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining an equitable compensation system; implementing rewards &amp; recognition programs - Ensure all back-end People Success operational processes are managed well in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency &amp; compliance leading to seamless service delivery - Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. - Recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
