We need someone to anchor the Payments business vertical for the client
- Work at the intersection of Technology , Product, Alliances & Sales
- Identify potential partnerships with Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateways and Banks to improve customer experience or launch new service
- Excellent experience in -strategic integrations for IMPS (Issuing and Acquiring), UPI (Issuing, PSP and Acquiring) and Net Banking Acquiring solutions
- UPI Initiatives - product design, API functionalities, customer onboarding process, transaction flows, & operational guidelines.
- Manage existing relationships with Banks and Payment aggregators
- Make sure transaction success rate is one of the highest in business
- Single point of contact for internal teams (tech/product/ops) to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations
- Lead monthly business review meetings with third party partners
- Leverage prior experience to identify new products/services to be launched
- Lead negotiations with existing and new partners
- Single point of contact for the third parties reaching out to the client
Person Profile :
- Experience in Digital banking or - Excellent experience in -strategic integrations for IMPS (Issuing and Acquiring), UPI (Issuing, PSP and Acquiring) and Net Banking Acquiring solutions
- UPI Initiatives - product design, API functionalities, customer onboarding process, transaction flows, & operational guidelines.
- Experience in anchoring P&L
- Excellent experience in a Payments Business
- Work with stakeholders across- Product, Technology & operations
- 8-14 years experience
- We are open to both Mumbai and Bangalore as a location
