We are hiring for the position of Sales Director with one of the leading organization

Experience: 12+ years

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Position Overview

The Director of Partnership Sales will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company's market presence. This role involves creating strategic alliances with key players in the SaaS ecosystem, including technology providers, resellers, and service partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs in the B2B SaaS space and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive partner programs to attract, onboard, and enable partners.

- Build and nurture a robust partner ecosystem that supports business growth and customer success.

- Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand market reach and revenue streams

- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations

- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities

- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance

- Manage the legal and financial aspects of partnership deals in collaboration with internal teams

- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of partnership programs.

- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within a B2B SaaS company

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth

- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations

- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with technology alliances, resellers, or system integrators.

- Strong network within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions ecosystem.

- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, and partner incentive programs.
