Director / Partner - Global Business Outsourcing
- Leadership role with outsourcing practice of global advisory firm in the domains of O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
- Experience should be focused on sales or solutions, preferably both.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales / Solutioning for projects in O2C / P2P / R2R / FP&A domain
- Gathering business objectives/requirements and architect solutions
- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance analysis - design of process and running it for clients
- Cost and Profitability of engagements
- Regular interaction and collaboration with clients and colleagues for best solutions
- Development, configuration, QA and deployment of the overall solution
- Deploy budgeting, planning and reporting solutions based on client requirement
- Management Information - design of dashboards and running it for clients with governance
- Business process re-engineering led by the office of the CFO
- Shared services designing, implementation and optimization
- Post-Merger Integration for the office of the CFO
- Create appropriate documentation for referencing best practices and knowledge transfer
- Design & Support improvements and envisage practices by recommending changes to business process templates, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures.
