Responsibilities :
a. Track record of pursuing and developing new leads (NWD)
b. Ability to manage multiple engagements
c. Ability to meet stringent engagement deliverables timelines
Expected Engagements :
a. Internal Audit of a financial services Group (BKC Mumbai - 25% to 30% time per annum)
b. Concurrent Audit of a private sector Bank (Andheri-East)
c. Concurrent Audit of a private sector Bank (Nariman Point Office + Lower Parel)
d. Concurrent Audit of a private Bank (BKC) etc.
e. Internal Audits / One-time assignments of other BFS clients KRAs:
a. Ensure high quality service delivery (Final reports + Audit committee presentations) for clients (mentioned in Expected Engagements above)
b. Meeting all agreed deliverables timelines with the Client
c. Updating knowledge repository and checklists / guideline: for clients (mentioned in Expected Engagements above)
d. Develop NWD of Rs. 50 lakhs in Year-1 AND Rs 100 lakhs it Year-2
e. Manage team of at least 25 personnel across 4 to 5 clients with annual revenue of Rs.200 to 300 lacs
