Director - Operations - Textile

- Should have 20+ years of experience in managing Manufacturing in multiple sites.

- Preferred if experience is in large export-oriented Textiles industry with state of art systems and processes.

- Ability to build manufacturing excellence culture, lead a team, system & process implementation, innovation at work.

- Provide leadership to the Manufacturing in line with business strategies.

- Drive Manufacturing Excellence by institutionalizing systems and processes in Manufacturing to improved Productivity, meet quality norms, optimize costs, on time in full deliveries, sustain safe working environment and build technical capability.

- Strong in team management and different stake holder management.
