Director of Operations About the Role WorkIndia is seeking a Head of Operations who will be responsible for leading a large team of 150+ members to drive revenue growth through operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large teams and delivering operational excellence. What you will be doing - Lead a team of 150+ members to successfully achieve revenue targets through operational efficiency as a lever - Work closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners - Develop and manage the operational budget and allocate resources effectively - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and encourage team members to contribute ideas and feedback - Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and engagement What we are looking for - Someone with 12 - 15+ years experience managing sales team in product based start-up - Proven track record of successfully leading large teams 150+ team members - Proven track record of scaling the P&L from INR ~0 to 50 CR - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
