Director - Operations - Service Delivery

- We are hiring for one of our client for the Director position

- Mumbai Location

- The role involves the day to day management of Operations.

Education - Master's in management or higher

Experience - 12-17 years of experience.

- Lead in service delivery based on SLA metrics such as quality, cost, turnaround times.

- Implement best practices in service delivery including Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers both internal and external
