Director - Operations - NGO (10-12 yrs)
- Formulating the operational strategy and execution plan for growth through Gurukul program
- Operationalizing and executing the program delivery across Gurukuls distributed over more than one geos/cities
- Delivering on the program targets, effectively and efficiently, as per the commitments made to partners and continuously improving the program outcomes
- Spearheading people initiatives such as hiring, retention and training of staff which includes principals, trainers, wardens across all Gurukuls
- Preparing budgets and managing costs across Gurukuls within the allocated budgets
- Ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the product design and goal
- Ensuring consistent implementation of and adherence to all systems and processes across all facilities in Gurukuls
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations across all facilities which includes classroom training, placements, Gurukul admin and operations
