Director - Operations - IT - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (15-20 yrs)
Our client is US based organization and they do have large operations in Pune. Looking for a Director of Operations who will be responsible for the profit and loss of India operations.
Director of Operations.
Candidate : Must have an MBA from a tier 1 MBA and must have led a technology organisation.
Max salary budget is Rs.160 lakhs++

Must be head of operations /CEO/COO of a service Centric Organizations. who can impart strong inspired leadership. A person who is brilliant in designing strategy and can make high-level policy decisions and which sets the tone for the expanding of the business and increase of profitability. Person who can independently handle the operations at the same time report to the board. A person who has the ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
- Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
- Work closely with the human resource department.
