- Head Operations for Design Partners program
- Source targeted prospects for the Design Partner program
- -Prepare and Execute the Go-to-Market plan for the program
- Facilitate prospects in signing up, onboarding and activating their accounts on our tech platform
- Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the Organisation values, and work processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of Design Partners projects
- Ensure client satisfaction for all Design Partners projects
- Match projects and leads to most suitable Design Partners - as applicable and when necessary
- Ensure Design Partners are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latest guidelines, projects, incentive programs etc.
- Ensure community stickiness through regular training and community sessions
- Track competition and industry trends
- Provide all necessary support to Design Partners to manage their projects and their clients
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure Design Partners community health and growth
