Client Details:

Our client is one of the fast growing organization in the hospitality space. They are renowned for their product portfolio and are venturing into different business lines. Currently, they are looking to expand their business and hence, are recruiting for Director Operations, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description:

Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the operations of more than multiple properties across PAN India

- For creating, driving and automating both input and output processes on the ground

- Managing and controlling the customer service and performance matrix PAN India

- Build process, technology, and people capabilities to scale the business 10X

Profile:

- You will be a professional with more than 8 years of experience in managing end to end operations and strategy in E-commerce, Consulting, FMCG industries.

- Candidates from Tier 1 B-schools will be preferred.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, leadership skills and the ability to manage large-scale operations
