Operation Director
Director- Operations Job Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all operational activities for the organisation.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
- Translating the company's strategic plans into defined operational plans.
- Defining performance management KPI's to monitor operational success against objectives.
- Reporting to the COO on operation activities towards business goals.
- Restructuring business activities to increase speed and efficiency.
- Working alongside other members of the business on business projects.
- Establishing a culture of continuous business improvement.
- overhauling customer service activities and implementing minimum standards across all contact with customers.
- All aspects of Day to day management of the operations team.
- Researching opportunities for cost savings across the business.
- Staying up to date with technological changes within the industry.
- Minimising operation expenditure within the business wherever possible.
- Developing leadership and coaching programmes to increase employee effectiveness.
- Commercial awareness with an eye for seeing business improvement opportunities.
- Manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
- Improves and makes sure all existing systems and policies are adhered to.
- Ensures customer requirements are met in a timely manner and customer feedback is regularly done.
- Promotes and enforces safety/ security in the workplace
- Manages stock and inventory through CDMs
- Oversees IT and T functions
- Works closely with other departments ( HR, Sales and Finance ) to promote efficient optimisation
- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
- Manages internal and external service suppliers
- Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
- Training and Induction ( overall management of the Company's ongoing training calendar)
- Centre Audits
- Maximum retention of staff and clients.
