Director - Operations - Health & Benefits Administration (14-20 yrs)

Position Overview :

Location : Gurgaon

Major Accountabilities :

- Experience of leading large teams ensure business & client delivery.

- Exposure to Defined Benefits/Defined Contributions/Health Benefits/Retirements/Pensions

- Experience in transition management and setting up processes from the scratch.

- Ensure best in class customer experience for end clients.

- Continuous improvement initiatives and driving transformation leading to cost benefits.

- Ensure processes are being run in accordance with Compliance and Audit requirements

- Excellent stakeholder & client relationship management.

- Identify Risks and Controls for critical and complex processes

- Create and execute development and progression plans for critical resources

- Drive People engagement, ensure retention and positive feedback through employee engagement survey

- Implement and execute Reward &Recognition program across teams

- Should act as a "Change ambassador" to help staff adapt organizational and business changes

- Drive Business Continuity Plan from a business perspective.

- Finding opportunities to grow current business and identify new prospects across work streams

- Creating Monthly/Quarterly dashboards for leadership and onshore review

- Education & Experience :

- UG/PG or other equivalent degree

- 15-20 years of experience

- HR consulting/outsourcing experience

- Exposure to Defined Benefits/Defined Contributions/Health Benefits/Retirements/Pensions

- Strong People Management skills

- Excellent Stakeholder and Client focus and management

- Driving Customer Experience

- Strong Reporting, Analytical and Presentation skills

- Experience in transitioning work from onshore

- Good experience in driving continuous improvement, transformation and automation initiatives.

- Knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen are good to have

- Knowhow of basic quality tools like FMEA, VSM, effective RCAs, AHT baselining

- Knowledge of Analytics software/tools is desirable
