Job role :

- Supply Chain and with leadership of Planning, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Strategy, Program Management and Third Party Management; along with oversight of Commercial Quality.

- The incumbent will have close working with the manufacturing team, supply chain, R&D, commercial, distribution and logistics.

- B. Engg and MBA from premier institute (2000-2002 batch)

- 15-18 years in Supply Chain; across multiple areas of supply chain notably Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, Procurement, Program Management, Third Party Operations

- Global Experience preferred. MNC background. Cross functional matrix environment

- Planning, Program Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics & Financial Planning.

- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

- Excellent leadership & team building skills.

- Ability to work cross functionally.

- Strong communicator. Self-starter.

- High energy, should be seen as a leader, ablility to build performance, develop the team with high standards of performance.
