Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Lead a large team of professionals to achieve economic objectives revenue and profitability - Manage operations to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and operational excellence; - Ensure operations are managed safely and in compliance with applicable rules and standards - Manage commercial performance to maximize compliance, account retention and opportunities; - Build relationships and work with our clients to add value to their business, retain existing accounts, and develop additional opportunities; - Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and provide assistance, expertise, and references to jointly grow the business; - Further develop our facilities management services - Deliver with the support of marketing the unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life; and more generally work closely with the support functions and service operations teams - Manage the teams and attract, develop, and retain the talents; - Foster the culture in compliance with the Group's core values (service spirit, team spirit, spirit of progress) and its ethical principles (trust, respect for people, transparency, and business integrity). Profile: - Excellent educational credentials, either Engineering or a Business degree - Experience as a General Manager or Operational Director in a national business - Experience in service industry, or with similar industries (Retail, FMCG, IT etc.) - Experience in the management of large teams, with the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment - Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work well in autonomy - Commercial acumen (operations, finance, risk management and contract management) - Ability to engage with our clients at all levels of seniority - Outstanding communication skills with solid business ethic - Fluent English, any other language a plus
