Director - Operations - Enterprise Software Firm

- Responsible for developing and executing the Services strategy.

- As a leader within the organization, you will drive operational excellence, cultural transformation, process improvement, education/knowledge transfer and execution across the Implementation function.

Desired Profile :

- Should have in-depth understanding of strategic planning, operational delivery, professional services and enablement, P&L management, analytics and data insights.

- 15+ years of experience in the enterprise technology industry across strategic planning and operations, defining regional services models/capabilities and execution.

- Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models

- Proven leadership experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments, driving complex, transformation initiatives cross-functionally
