Job Location: Mumbai Job Responsibilities: - To manage the entire supply chain/operations of students and teachers connecting through multiple geographies and locations, managing flow, intake and output. - To recruit and manage hundreds of teachers across US/India for a live Human-to-Human technology platform connecting students to teachers for a specialized field - To recruit multiple technical customer service executives(3-5/week) to support a live Human-to-Human technology platform connecting students to teachers for a specialized field (confidential) - To manage the entire call-center operations connecting through multiple geographies and locations, managing flow, intake and output Desired Candidate Profile: Ideal Profile: Operations Lead with deep understanding of setting up, training, auditing and scaling call-center operations.
