Reporting to the VP Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Services strategy. As a leader within the organization, you will drive operational excellence, cultural transformation, process improvement, education/knowledge transfer and execution across the Implementation function. You have an in-depth understanding of strategic planning, operational delivery, professional services and enablement, P&amp;L management, analytics and data insights. Your key focus will include optimizing and transforming our operating practices as we continue to scale our Services function across AMER. You will be the Services leader in the AMER region to drive the following initiatives/responsibilities: - Execute to services strategy to deliver 90%+ customer experience - Deliver profitability &amp; implement projects ( ~ 400 projects / year ) with 90% accuracy - Groom talent to scale operations and cost across global operations. In addition you will: - Help build the capability and team to support hyper scale and growth - Drive education and knowledge transfer across the region - Ensure the team is delivering client services in a consistent manner - Work with the team to ensure proper project planning, on time delivery, &amp; high quality consulting - Partner with AMER Sales and Success teams to aid in scoping and custom delivery needs where needed - Work with other leaders to ensure adequate coverage of projects across regions and to share best practices - Help ensure the function provides critical commercial data and insights - Develop new processes, procedures and methods to support scale and growth within the AMER and global PS team - Collaborate closely with Professional Services Leadership across the globe to grow the strategy and the team - Support and drive achievement of regional PS revenue, margin targets and utilization Required Experience : - 15+ years of experience in the enterprise technology industry across strategic planning and operations, defining regional services models/capabilities and execution. - Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models - Proven leadership experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments, driving complex, transformation initiatives cross-functionally - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix style organization to achieve corporate goals. - Broad business perspective allowing for the effective integration of the business functions - Ability to strategize services vision for the organization and execute with precision - Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and influence growth and expansion strategies to executives and cross-functional teams - product, engineering, sales, partners, customer success, legal, finance, marketing. - High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, provide critical thinking and excellence under pressure.
