Director - Operations (applications are invited only from female candidates)

- The position is responsible for operations strategy, planning and execution - Job involves supply chain and quality management.

- Build and delivers strategy and execution plan, coordinates production, quality, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the company.

- Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area. Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience, Knowledge and skills needed :

- Minimum 20 years of experience in operations with 10 years of leadership experience

- In depth and hands on experience on manufacturing and operations

- Must have designed and executed operations strategy for a mid-size organization

- Large team management experience as a function head

- Union management experience is must

- Deep understanding of various supply chain tools and technology

Education qualification and certification :

- BE with 20+ years of experience

- Relevant certification/s in supply chain and manufacturing will be preferred
