Job Description - An opportunity to lead end to end manufacturing operations for a market leader in the space that they operate in.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading organisations in the chemicals domain. They are renowned for their products across the world and have a strong presence in India market. They are looking to strengthen their hold in India market and hence are looking to recruit Director Operations- South Asia, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for -

- Heading the manufacturing operations for all their plants across India

- Leading aspects of quality, EHS, Production as well as the distribution centres across India

- Strategy formulation and change management for the manufacturing domain contributing to the long term business growth

- Managing large teams with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

- Working closely with stakeholders across India and international markets to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile

You will be a Tier-1 engineer with more than 10 years of experience in leading manufacturing operations across any sector/industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and the ability to manage large scale business operations.
