Director - Operations - BFSI/Insurance

Role and Responsibilities :

As the Head of Operations you will :

- Lead delivery of the entire program and be responsible for achievement of the service and financial targets for the cost center (Operational teams)

- Leading people within the operations organisation and ensure employee satisfaction and retention through appropriate people management practices, rewards/recognition, appraisal & incentive programs.

- Build strong partnership with business units and anticipate requirements and deliver accordingly

- Be apart of the core Leadership team

Essential Criteria :

To be eligible for the role you will need to :

- Have a Graduate / Post graduate certificate in any field

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading a function/ programs in a shared service

- Experience in leading a team/ leadership role in BFSI or Insurance

- Lead team with minimum span of 300+ individuals
